At Health In Motion, our mission is to reconnect people with the way their bodies are meant to move. We help you overcome pain, injuries, or limitations so you can reclaim your strength, confidence, and quality of life — not just in the gym, but in your everyday routine.

Our Services Include

  • In-Home Training

    In-Home personal training services with equipment brought to you.

  • Virtual 1 on 1 Training

    Virtual 1 on 1 personal training, yoga, meditation and corrective recovery guidance.

  • Six Week Program

    Six-week programming for clients to help manage and calculate safe and realistic goals. This will help clients train on their own and to truly learn and remember movements for life.

  • Movement Screening

    Each client will go through a movement screening and questionnaire to make sure we are properly prepared and cleared to exercise and hit our goals. Ultimately you should be able to see your movement screen improve after training with Health in Motion.

  • Athlete Program

    This extended program is set to make as big of an impact as possible for the athlete to perform at the highest level desired.
