Athlete Program

 

This program is set to make as big of an impact as possible for the athlete to perform at the highest level desired. For this to happen, they will need more than an hour of training each session. Athletes need to inherit the importance of warming up and cooling down properly. Some of these may include breathing, mobility, and intense training for speed, strength and power on a field vs a gym.

Flexibility

If an athlete is on the road but needs to prepare or recover for an event, we can still coach the athlete from afar.

 

Breathing and Recovery

All athletes must learn the importance of breathing, foam rolling, warm-ups and cool downs. Having these incorporated in weekly routines will lead to better performance, and less games missed from being less susceptible to injury.

Speed and Agility Drills

Depending on the sport (and the individual), athletes will have access to speed and agility drills that include balance boards, indo boards, cones, ladders, parachutes, heco tix, bands, and medicine balls.

 

Performance and Analyzation

It’s important we try to find time to be there to see them perform and analyze game tape to help understand our athletes as much as possible on and off the field.

Strength and Conditioning

This program is meant to work and build a strong, coordinated, and mobile athlete while having as much guidance as possible in-person or on the road.
