Welcome to Health in Motion! My name is Nick and I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years working with ages 10 to 85. Over this time I have become a senior fitness and corrective movement specialist to go along with an extensive background of athletics and working with athletes. My main goal is for people to be able to train anytime anywhere.

What I stress most to people is the fact that you can train just about anywhere with little to no equipment and still find success in reaching your goals. In fact most of the reasons we fall short of our accomplishments is because we are doing too much in an improper way. Why not train smarter not harder?
